Yoga for Mommy/Daddy and Baby
Our specialty classes, such as Namaste Mommy!™, Namaste Baby!™, and Namaste Child!™ emphasize and strengthen the sacred connection between mother (care giver) and child. Our children’s classes seek to strengthen the child’s connection to self, promoting greater self-esteem and body awareness, among other benefits. Namaste Baby classes (caregiver & infant classes) are 45-50min in length.
Caregiver and Infant classes are forming for 2023. Please check back for class dates/time and locations.

Namaste Mommy

Prenatal Yoga
Discover and embrace the sacredness of the mother and child bond. Women of every fitness level and trimester are welcome to practice asana (yoga postures) that are safe and enjoyable for mother and baby.

Expectant mothers will benefit from increased strength, flexibility, and confidence gained from practicing prenatal yoga in a safe, and supportive environment.

Each class will focus on preparing the body for childbirth by stretching and strengthening all the muscles involved in the birthing process. Classes will also focus on deepening your bond with your baby through breath, visualization, and deep relaxation. Classes are 50min.

**(A note from your OBGYN is strongly recommended to take this class. Please keep your OBGYN/Midwife informed of all physical activity to insure the safety of both mother and baby).

Classes are forming for 2023. Please check back for class dates/time and locations. You are welcome to join the Gentle Vinyasa Classes held on Sundays at 11am.


Namaste Child

Kids & Family Yoga
Let your pre-schooler explore their self-expression. Classes will include breath work, yoga postures (where children will become more aware of their bodies), yoga play (yoga games), songs, stories, and meditation/relaxation.

Stillness games are also incorporated to teach your pre-schooler how to relax, helping your child to understand that being still can be fun!

This is a wonderful opportunity for your child to learn ‘all on their own’ with other children their age.

Parents, you too can get involved as we include ‘story time’ at the end of most classes. This is a time that parents are invited to sit with their child while a story is shared that ties the lesson in, and helps reconnect parent with child.

Family Yoga is a wonderful way to re-connect with your child especially after a busy work week. Develop stronger parent/child bonds, increase communication, and enjoy laughter with your son or daughter. This class is idea for parents and children ages 5 to adult. Classes are 30-45min.

Gentle Yoga

Child’s Pose

All Levels/New to Yoga/Suitable for Pre/Post Natal Students
Semi-private (up to 4 students) gentle yoga classes are currently being offered (including pranayama).

These gentle yoga classes will focus in mindful movement and holding the postures for a longer duration of time. Props will be available to assist the practitioner deepen their posture. This is a wonderful for students of all levels! Classes are 45mins.

Vinyasa

Warrior 2 Pose

All Levels
Our Vinyasa classes focus on movement with the breath, strength and flexibility coupled with pranayama. This class is suitable for those students who want to learn and deepen their yoga experience. All levels are welcome and props will be available. Classes are 50mins.

Vinyasa-2

Handstand

Our Vinyasa-2 class is for experienced practitioners wanting to accelerate and deepen their existing practicing. The practice includes; pranayama, advanced yoga postures and guided meditation. Classes are 50mins.

All Levels/New To Yoga
Our Men’s Vinysasa class is for the practitioner wanting to strengthen and rehabilitate those areas of the body that have been injured due to sports or life events. Movement(s) with the breath, strength and flexibility coupled with pranayama will accelerate and deepen your practice. This early morning class is idea for those with a busy schedule.

Mens Yoga/All Levels


All Levels
Semi-private Pilates and private Reformer Pilates sessions are available (IMX style).
We have been teaching the Pilates Reformer since 2004. Our core training has been with the IM=X method, which stresses the importance of using a ´forced exhalation´ to activate the transverse abdominals and Balanced Body.

Class size is limited to 3 students.

Pilates Reformer


Also known as yogic sleep or sleep with awareness, this amazing class is offered to small groups. Class length, 30 to 45 mins. Each class begins with a short gentle yoga practice to better prepare the body for the stillness. Students experience a deep sense of relaxation and refreshed perspective on issues/thoughts that have been interfering with their day to day activities and personal goals.

MBSR Meditation (Mindfulness Based Stress Relaxation) is a wonderful method used to help individuals manage chronic health issues, anxiety, depression, generalized stress and change of life events, just to name a few. MBSR meditation works with feelings, thoughts, bodily sensations, and behaviors and how these different dimensions interact to influence the current state of mind.
